Swami Tanmmayanand Sarasvat. Hampi


Swami Tanmmayanand Sarasvati is a young 24 years old man who graduated from the Doon School, then decided to become a sadhu and study yoga. I met him near Hampi, we had breakfast together one day , he had a session of Yoga near the river, then I saw him a week later in the cave where he will stay to study yoga near the Bali fortress.

In the tiny village of Gajendragad, women and men together, are breaking lime stone into tiny pieces before burning it in big earth oven.
The heating process converts the stone to burnt lime (quicklime). It is used to whitewash walls.
